| Letter of Agreement |
| Each
year the various Emmaus Communities world wide are asked to sign a
Letter of Agreement with the Upper Room signifying the Community's
intent to conform to the guidelines for Emmaus published by the Upper
Room International Emmaus Office. The purpose of the guidelines is to insure that each Community offers the same experience on the three-day weekend and follow-up. It is important for each Community to do all things in the spirit of Christian brotherhood and unity within the context of an interdenominational spiritual program.
